you can try "Teach yourself c++ in 24 hours" It comes with Borland C++ builder. Hit the book store and find that book. Otherwise, download a compiler and a bunch of tutorials! Its not something you can realy fully learn in 24 hours, though!

and C complete reference by Herbert Schildt
