2. C programming by Balaguru samy





Most of Kanitkar's code will not get compiled without warnings.





YOU CANNOT UNDERSTAND THIS BOOK





Many will think it is blasphemy to speak against K%26amp;R. But frankly the book cannot be understood unless you are experienced and thorough.





3. C programming by Kenighan %26amp; ritchie (Best Book in low price)





IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE





You can use one of the many online programming resources.





OR





THE C LANGUAGE HANDBOOK by Webber Systems staff.

"Let us C by Kanitkar" is the best book you could buy... and of course there is the "C for dummies" which helps you out with some neat tips and tricks :-)..





with these two books your foundation in C should be pretty strong...





Once u feel u have known C pretty well try TSR's in C.. will be fun if you love to program!!!!

Reply:Start by the Book "Let Us C" this book will help you to clear your basic concepts about C. The language in this book is very simple and not at all complicated to understand.





With this you have to do some programs by learning/reading and then understand what that code does exactly.





Then you can go to further advanced C programming by referring any book that you want.
