I am learning C++. I have read about 2/5 of the book and I plan to finish it ASAP. I want to learn C# and WPF?

just because you read a book on C++ doesnt mean you know C++. I suggest you really learn the language first, and the best way to do that is to start writing code. Then, after you are comfortable with it, try learning another language.
Reply:I suggest you first choose a language and try to get the logic and the important concepts, once you feel confident about it, you could think about learning more languages. C++ is one of the most powerful languages to me, I've been using it for over 5 years and still develop some projects in it. I started using C# not too long a go, and it took me literally minutes to write a program, i am still learning details, but once you have solid ground is a lot easier to learn any language
