Try going to www.arachnoid.com. It is a good starting point for the beginner. The information from the site works better if you use an OS other than the cursed Vista., The man who runrs the site lists his credentials which are very impressive. Fumble through the verbosity and you will find a wealth of information for learning C++. Unfortunately, I learned C and C++ in college. I do not enjoy it as much as other languages In 1965 I learned assembly programming but have only written one small program. I have only performed maintenance on C++ Visual Basic 6 is fun and the new Visual Basic is fun. Good Luck!
I want to learn C and C++ online. i am a beginner. pls suggest some sites?

Reply:Why are you are asking this question in the Visual Arts %26gt; Drawing %26amp; Illustration section?
Anyways, if you are a beginner and interested in learning how to program don't worry so much at first about the particular language you learn. I would start with Java and the book "Head First Java", which I think is the best introduction to programming I have seen.
