What is the best Way to learn C++?

I'm 12.(like summer camps, books ,internet,etc.)

What is the best Way to learn C++?
That depends on how good you are at programming. If you aren't, start with something like Wirth's "Algorithms + Data Structures = Programs". (Amazon usually has a few used copies for under $5. You learn programming first, THEN you learn a computer language.

Would you learn French to become a doctor in France, or would you first learn to be a doctor? Speaking French doesn't make you a French doctor, and knowing C++ doesn't make you a C++ programmer.
