Here are some beginner C++ video tutorials:

Reply:What do you want to do? If you are programming for windows, I'd go with C#. If you are doing it for microcontrollers/small devices, go with C. If you are looking for portable applications (that is, you can run them just about anywhere) C++ is good.
A lot of the syntax is the same, and the latest versions of C have been designed to work in C++ (Visual Studio for example just has one compiler for both).
As far as learning goes. Visual Stuido Express Editions have some pretty good tutorials built into the help and on the website, that and the software is free.

Reply:You can learn them all for free.
If you want to start from the ground up, start with C. If you want more instant gratification, go with C#.
Reply:c++
pscode.com - Best for examples, tutorials. Also covers all other programing languages.
