Visual C# For Dummies.
All the For Dummies books are great resources for people who've never done a given type of programming.
Which book would you recommend for someone who wants to learn C# and with little or no programming experience?
Programming are not so simple now!!! you should have some knowledge of object oriented techniques. Once you have that I gurantee you any new language would be a piece of cake for you.
I suggest look into object oriented techniques of C++ or even better JAVA. If you get yourself familiarized with JAVA conversion to C# is not more than 1 days struggle.
You can get all the information you need regarding C# on Microsoft MSDN.
